Yesterday, someone tweeted that he talked to Hugh before boarding a plane for Sao Paulo, Brazil. A few other tweets appeared today re Hugh in Brazil.

Jo, what wonderful pics. My new machine has "translation" as one of its features. The translation to English is not too smooth so I will just give you the gist of it.

They arrived on Sat. in Rio via American Airlines. Five motorcycles and military police escorted them to the Copacabana Palace Hotel(very posh, my comment) He said it is the third time he has been in Brazil. They will be there for a week shooting an international campaign.It ends with mention of his Oscar hosting, Wolverine, and Australia.

Who dreamed he would be in Rio after just flying to L.A.? How little we know. Since it's still vacation for the kids if they are in private schools, it's a perfect family holiday. Enjoy, Hugh and family!

Did anyone notice those dark, round marks on Hugh's arm? At first I thought they might be 'cupping' marks, but no. Then I thought, bruises of some sort? It so, very unusual bruises as they are the same size and dimension.
Maybe he whacked himself rehearsing his juggling on Leno? Couldn't believe he did it with fire??? Do you think it was real fire? If so then...dumb ass Hughie.

Martha, it occurred to me that the big haircut was in anticipation of his trip to Rio where it is very hot this time of year. Perhaps he was just being practical. Note that the kids have shorter hair also.

Hugh and Deb might be filming something for GPP. Rio is so nice and hot. I am still in the Artic Blast. Wish I could go to Rio.

Possibly. Hehe, can you imagine Oscar with Hugh's haircut? I remember Hugh telling that when he shaved his head for The Fountain, Oscar was so shocked he wanted to grow his hair even more, despite he'd initially said he'd shave them, just like dad! But that was before seeing the bald Hughie!
